I went for the Classic Beef Burger and Pluck Me fried chicken and yuzu mayo burger, and both were top class: juicy beef patty, crisp chicken, zingy yuzu and fluffy buns. I'm not one easy to make decisions when it comes to food, so to get three is a win for me. The duo three burgers for me plus the fries was most certainly enough to fill me up. With such a vast selection and not all are beef which made a change there was even a aubergine option called Veg Me. Bite Me Burger Co will be popping up within the really-very-good mash-up Hong Kong café from Monday June 5 for a three day soft launch before opening proper on Thursday June 8, and then getting a permanent site in west London later this year.
