Generating cash flow is more important to them. It recently has opened; however, the buildings i. A battery back up system would be installed that solve that problem. Wouldn't stay here again in the summer. The park also has three acres of land dedicated to growing wonderful healing and refreshing Lavender flowers to relax in.

Unfortunately we had a full day of rain that kept us from doing things however we would stay here again and highly recommend. Wi-Fi is available, but we didn't use it. The place was great when the last park host was there once she left it went downhill. They don't want you to turn off the breakers when you plug in or unplug, so hopefully you don't get a jolt when connecting. Was forced to drive to the day use area to use restroom. Lots of space between sites. The people camping looked like they were here for a week or so.

The only oaks are by the office. Site is concrete with gravel in between. Clean restrooms and showers and very large laundry area is a bonus. Tyler is just down 69, and has the big box stores and restaurants. Roadways are wide, easy turning and set up. Tyler has a wide range of places to see and things to do year-round.

We can surmise they thought the storage bin was a cooler and they were about to get some grub. Reservation a little odd - made a pull thru reservation many months in advance. We had to run a cord to next site. Larger cities have these, and we were surprised to see one in Tyler, Texas. One of the three stalls was without a door. Quiet park - no road noise. We stayed for 4 days and will return.

Everything was clean and easy to connect. The bathroom was sanitized once in two weeks. Inside dogs are allowed, two max but no Pits are allowed. A place to park a boat and trailer is available, as are tent camping and picnic areas. The gentleman in the office was extremely friendly. From bottom step to a unprotected retaining wall with a one foot drop to a sea of mud.

The location makes this quite a good place to stay as it is right off the highway, easy to navigate a large rig, and in Tyler city limits. Most of the units that I looked at while walking around were very new. But please be a good neighbor: Do not copy, scrape, otherwise duplicate or redistribute anything on this website in any part or as a whole to another website, channel or platform of any kind and rebrand it as your own or someone else's. Staff is very pleasant and friendly! We are accessible to 69 and 14 and Hwy 20. There are no picnic tables, grills, firering, etc. Otherwise, not a lot of places with grass, but that was fine. There are only two washing machines for the entire park.

The owner is nice but hardly ever around. Concrete pads and chunked up asphalt interior roads. You'll experience a wide range of things to do including sightseeing, golfing, galleries, spectacular spas, and sporting events, just to name a few. However ours did not have a sewer cap so we had to use boards to ensure the hose stayed into the pipe. The park was perfect for this as in we needed a short stop.

There is no electrical plug in the bathroom and the lights are on a timer. Tyler's mild climate provides an ideal environment for outdoor activities and recreation. It was good place to stop for a couple of nights as we passed through the area. We Love the park and the people. We paid for a week or we would have left the next day. Campers and residents alike will make you feel like you have known them forever. Believe me, you will want to go back over and over.

Hope to see you soon! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when visiting Tyler. Many activities to suit everyones needs. Plus, the campground is just a short drive from a number of local attractions like the Tyler Rose Museum and Festival, Hudnell Planetarium, Tyler Azalea Trail, East Texas Symphony Orchestra, Gladewater Opry, East Texas Oil Museum and the Caldwell Zoo. It is really a large parking lot. There are some long term people staying here but sites were clean. Animals are not treated well there either, not pet friendly. These had water and electricity.

The park has numerous pull-thrus with plenty of room for your toad. Hosts were very, very friendly and helpful, and led us to our site. Didn't have room to park our truck on site. Lots of trees on some sites. Management and staff were very helpful with information on local area businesses. Owner was very polite and explained that he knew of issues but had workers out to continue to resolve the. Nice level, paved or asphalt pads on most sites.
